Good technical communities make it comfortable to ask questions and worthwhile to give thoughtful answers. These are our working expectations for AIunipedia Community.
Be helpful and specific
Challenge an idea with reasons or evidence. Do not attack the person asking. Beginners can ask basic questions; experienced members can ask for precision. Explain an unfamiliar term when it matters to the answer.
Make claims traceable
Link primary documentation, original research or the actual experiment behind a claim. Distinguish measured results from assumptions and proposed tests. Include relevant model versions, dataset conditions and dates when comparing tools. Correct mistakes openly.
Use AI assistance responsibly
AI-assisted contributions are welcome when you review them, check factual claims and can discuss what you posted. Disclose substantial AI assistance where it helps readers judge the work. Do not flood discussions with unchecked generated text, invented citations or repetitive promotional posts.
Protect people and their work
Do not post secrets, personal records or confidential client material. Use fictional or properly anonymised examples. Share code and datasets only when you have permission. Disclose affiliations and referral interests when recommending a product.
Keep the space useful
No spam, harassment, impersonation, deceptive engagement or unsolicited mass messages. Keep commercial promotion relevant and transparent. Use the flag/report function for a post needing review rather than escalating an argument.
Moderators may ask for context, move a discussion to a better room or remove material that undermines these expectations. These are community guidelines, not a substitute for any applicable platform terms or privacy policy.
