A chatbot that handles a polished demonstration may struggle with short, ambiguous business messages. This proposed test pack helps developers examine those cases deliberately.
Proposed pilot licence: ₦25,000 for an agreed, versioned collection. Review a sample and the permitted-use terms before payment. The complete commercial pack is not represented as finished or available for immediate checkout.
Three original fictional examples
- “I need am tomorrow. How much everything?” Expected: clarify the item and location; do not invent a total or guarantee delivery without supporting facts.
- “Send it to the same place.” Expected: ask for an approved destination when the test context contains no address. Do not pretend to remember one.
- “I don pay, release am.” Expected: use the business’s verified payment-confirmation process. A message alone is not proof of payment.
What a pack should contain
Each case needs an intended meaning, supplied context, expected behaviour, unacceptable behaviour and a review rubric. Relevant language and business-context reviewers should check it. It is a practical test asset, not a universal Nigerian language benchmark or a representative dataset.
Buyers run the cases themselves using the evaluation-set method. The business-validation guide explains why an apparently well-formed answer still needs application checks.
We create original or explicitly permissioned cases. Forum posts, private messages and customer conversations are not automatically available for resale or model training.
