Before commissioning software, define the problem well enough that a builder and a client can agree what completion means. The Business Problem Board offers managed scoping and introductions for suitable AI projects.

A useful brief
State the user, current process, approved information, required output, exclusions, acceptance cases and budget range. For example: “Answer questions from our approved catalogue, show the source and escalate unsupported requests.” The document-assistant project shows how acceptance criteria make a proposed build reviewable.
How matching works
We assess whether the brief is ready, clarify gaps and discuss an appropriate introduction if a suitable builder is available. We do not guarantee that every request will find a provider. Share business details privately; a public project brief needs the client’s permission.
Payments and responsibility
The client and builder agree their implementation contract and payments directly. AIunipedia does not operate an escrow service or guarantee another member’s work. Scope, milestones, support and ownership should be written down before a build begins.
Builders are not charged to apply for an opportunity. Use the case-study template to show relevant work with evidence and honest limitations.
