SERVICE · AIunipedia Founding Lab
A useful business AI pilot starts with a specific bottleneck: what happens today, where people lose time and what evidence would show an improvement. Start small enough that the result can be reviewed.
Introductory fee: ₦50,000, subject to a written, bounded scope. The proposed package contains one discovery session, one demonstration using public, fictional or approved anonymised material, and an implementation plan. We confirm the schedule and the exact demonstration before payment.
What we examine
Describe the current process, people involved, approved information, exceptions and consequence of an incorrect result. The customer-support workflow is one example; the tool-comparison scorecard helps separate a tool’s reputation from its fit for your work.
What you receive
The plan identifies the proposed workflow, human review points, a small acceptance checklist, likely integration needs and costs that would require separate approval. A demonstration is a limited example, not a production system or a claim of measured return on investment.
Boundaries
Production builds, migrations, external API fees, hosting changes and ongoing maintenance require separate quotations. We do not ask you to share live passwords in forum messages. If the task cannot sensibly fit a small pilot, we discuss a different scope before taking payment.
An optional public case study is separate from delivery. Your business can keep the work private.
