Would the people your product is built for understand it, finish a useful task and notice a wrong answer? Our proposed Reality Check pilot examines one workflow with a small, selected group of consenting testers.
Pilot price from ₦75,000, confirmed after scoping. A typical brief could include five participants, one defined workflow and a structured findings report. The quote must cover participant compensation, coordination and the agreed review work; specialised recruitment can change the price.
What we deliver
Agree the participant criteria, task script and success conditions in advance. The report describes task completion, confusing screens, unsupported answers and actionable observations. It includes the sample size, limitations and relevant product version. Five participants are not a representative survey of Nigeria.
The evaluation-set guide helps define cases. Use the tool scorecard when comparing complete workflows rather than isolated model responses.
How participants are treated
Participation is opt-in and separately agreed. Forum membership does not enrol anyone in testing or permit reuse of their posts. Payment arrangements and recording consent are explained before a session. We do not sell favourable reviews, public endorsements or a safety certification.
Before you enquire
Prepare a product description, the intended users, a testable workflow and any access constraints. Use synthetic accounts and fictional data for the first demonstration. Testing and participant recruitment begin only after the scope and available people are confirmed.
